Ojai Pixie season 2023 will start in March: looking forward to a great crop!
We will begin harvest the last few days of February so that our fruit will be available the first day of March! We will continue harvest until every last pixies has been plucked from the tree. The 2023 crop of Ojai Pixies is going to be a good one– lots of fruit of all sizes. It usually take a few weeks for pixies to find their way to far-off places like Vermont and Boston, but keep asking your produce managers for OJAI PIXIES as there is no better tangerine out there. There are yet again many unknowns for this upcoming year, but we do know that the trees will keep growing despite the pandemic and Ojai Pixies growers will expect their fruit to be enjoyed by all! The season should last through April.

Ojai Pixie Tangerine Growers grow the best springtime tangerines. 52 tangerine growers – family-scale farmers all of us – have a total of about 25,000 tangerine trees in southern California’s beautiful Ojai Valley. Our tangerines come ripe sometime in March, and we sell them both wholesale and direct for as long as we have fruit to sell, usually sometime in May or June.
